* 根据求职者背景推荐合适职位
* 介绍岗位内容、薪资福利及发展方向、解答基本岗位相关问题
* 协助了解申请流程、跟进申请进度
* 筛选候选人简历资料, 确认候选人基本条件是否符合岗位要求
* 协助安排面试时间
