Recruitment Consultant / Senior (WFH)

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and passionate about recruitment.

Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

Identify and secure new business opportunities through market research and client outreach.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Provide clients with advice on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.

Develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet client needs and industry trends.

Analyze industry trends and market insights to develop effective recruitment strategies.

Requirements

At least 1 year of working experience in recruitment field

Possess strong interest in recruitment industry

In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, market trends, and client requirements

Excellent ability to engage with clients and/or candidates, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Results-oriented, with a focus on meeting KPIs and achieving sales targets

Sales driven, self-motivated, independent and strong team player

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage to liaise with different clients and candidates
