Regional HSE Manager

A typical day may involve:

Developing and implementing comprehensive HSE programs tailored to the needs of this leading global innovator. This includes creating and maintaining programs, procedures, and playbooks.
Promoting a positive and proactive safety culture, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Identifying, assessing, and managing operational and safety risks to prevent incidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Monitoring regulatory compliance, tracking injury/illness reports, and providing recommendations to improve safety performance.
Working closely with stakeholders to identify concerns, communicate findings, and implement effective solutions.
Modeling CBRE's RISE values and inspiring others to embrace a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and actively contribute to the implementation and management of HSE programs.
Managing initiatives to meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
Monitoring Health, Safety, and Environmental regulatory compliance within the account.
Tracking operational and safety risks.
Working with management to create strategic solutions that improve and maintain compliance as required.
Requirements:

>8 years of relevant HSE experience (or a combination of experience and education).
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Additional certifications as required by the local authority.
Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
