Description

Provide regional oversight for supply and inventory planning activities, balancing demand fulfilment, capacity readiness, cost control, and working capital priorities
Lead and develop supply planning leaders across multiple countries, building strong engagement, capability, and consistent operating standards
Translate demand signals into practical supply responses through close partnership with operations, sourcing, commercial, and planning stakeholders
Maintain visibility over inventory health and production constraints across manufacturing locations, addressing risks before they impact service
Serve as the senior regional reference point for supply planning topics, influencing outcomes within a complex, global stakeholder matrix
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen planning effectiveness, service outcomes, and overall operational resilience


Profile

A successful candidate would typically bring:

Around 12-15+ years of progressive experience across regional supply planning or broader supply chain leadership roles, ideally in manufacturing,FMCG, or similarlyoperations‑driven environments
Demonstrated track record in leading and developing multi‑country teams, with experience building depth and capability within a multinational setting
Strong leadership maturity, with the ability to coach managers, set direction, and create high‑performing teams across geographies
Hands‑on exposure to SAP and enterprise planning platforms, using data and insight to improve service reliability, inventory balance, and capacity readiness
Comfortable operating within a high‑complexity, matrixed organisation, managing competing priorities and senior stakeholder expectations
Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with operations, sourcing, demand, and commercial partners, influencing outcomes across a global stakeholder network
