Job Description:

Post-sale customer service and on-going customer relationship management.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and rapport.

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; following up to ensure resolution

Deliver an excellent level of customer service to maximize client satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions tailored to client needs.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Experience in sales & customer service would be an added advantage

Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply

Communicate effectively in Mandarin to build rapport and address customer concerns.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.
