Research and Development Engineer [Chinese Speaking]

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s Degree with Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science or Industrial Chemistry background or equivalent from reputable universities.

Good command of Chinese and English (Deal with supplier and consultant from China).

Skillful in operate engineering software such as AutoCAD, Aspen Hysys and SOLIDWORKS (for engineering background).



Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop synthetic latex formulations and process parameters, managing product development from laboratory scale to pilot run and mass production

Conduct R&D studies for product value enhancement, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and cost reduction initiatives

Evaluate new raw materials and R&D prototypes to improve product performance, quality, and overall production cost efficiency

Carry out hands-on research and testing for process optimization, new material development, and new technology implementation

Provide technical support for production processes, raw material analysis, quality troubleshooting, engineering design, and customer technical inquiries

Propose and implement technical solutions to improve process efficiency, automation systems, and equipment design

Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Production and Quality Assurance to support product development and achieve business objectives

Build and maintain strong working relationships with raw material suppliers, testing laboratories, and third-party inspectors
