Restaurant Assistant Manager

What You’ll Do:
-Oversee daily operations of both restaurant locations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards.
-Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams to work together to deliver top-tier guest experiences.
-Maintain a strong floor presence during service, fostering genuine guest relationships.
-Monitor quality of food and beverage, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
-Ensure customer satisfaction as our TOP NUMBER 1 PIORITY!

What We’re Looking For:
-Minimum 3 years of F&B experience, preferably in Steakhouse or Japanese cuisine concepts.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
-Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
-A deep understanding and appreciation of Japanese food, culture, and hospitality.
-Ability to manage multiple locations and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
-Any restaurant Supervisor that is looking for climbing the ladder to the next level to be an Assistant Restaurant Manager
-Able to speak in English & Malay. (Best if able to speak in Chinese as well!)
