Restaurant Crew (Part Time) - Shah Alam

Requirements
-Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification.
-Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates seeking part-time employment.
-Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing a positive dining experience.
-Exhibit strong teamwork abilities and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
-Communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to interact with customers and team members.
-Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, adhering to company procedures.
-Assist with inventory management tasks, including stocktaking and replenishment.
-Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
-Support food preparation activities as directed by senior kitchen staff.

Responsibilities
-Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
-Take customer orders accurately, using the POS system efficiently and ensuring all special requests are noted and communicated to the kitchen staff.
-Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the food preparation areas.
-Handle cash and process payments accurately, following cash handling procedures and ensuring proper reconciliation of daily sales.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and ensuring a pleasant and sanitary environment for customers.
-Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and reporting any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
-Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations, assisting with various tasks as needed and maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
