Restaurant Manager

*Job Description*

- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and high standards.
- Lead, supervise, and develop team members to achieve operational goals.
- Monitor sales performance, manage costs, and drive profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
- Prepare staff schedules to ensure optimal manpower planning.

*Job Requirement*

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any field or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with F&B, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience will have an added advantage.
- Passionate about the F&B industry and customer service.
- Willing to learn and develop a career in restaurant management.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
