Job Responsibilities 工作职责
Reply customer enquiries and follow up leads

Assist customers with appointment booking
协助客户预约
Recommend suitable products and packages
推荐适合客户的产品及配套
Support daily retail and customer service operations
协助门店及客户服务工作
Provide basic eye wellness service (training provided)
提供基础眼部护理服务（提供培训）
Maintain cleanliness and good customer experience
保持环境整洁及良好客户体验
Job Requirements
🙌 Who You Are
Min. 2 years customer service (retail preferred) 至少2年客服经验（零售优先）
Knowledge of eye care / willing to learn 懂眼部护理或愿意学习
Good in English, Malay & Mandarin 熟练中英文及马来文 (Communicate with clients from all races)
Strong communication & sales mindset 良好沟通能力，具销售意识
Pleasant, professional appearance 仪表端庄，性格友好
Excellent service, client-focused 服务意识强，注重客户体验
Five days work 工作5天制
