Retail Assistant (Convenient Store)

JOB DESCRIPTION (RETAIL ASSISTANT)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with enquiries and provide product information

• Replenish stock and ensure proper product display

• Monitor product quality and check expiry dates

• Operate cashier and handle transactions accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and general housekeeping of the store

• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent

• Basic retail or customer service experience is an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Responsible and able to work independently or in a team
