Retail Management Trainee (May Intake)

🎯 What You’ll Do

Lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences

Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual standards

Support team scheduling, coaching, and performance tracking

Analyze store KPIs and contribute to business decisions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing and outreach

Shadow experienced managers and take on leadership responsibilities



✅ What We’re Looking For

Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree in any field (Business, Marketing, Retail, or related preferred)

Passionate about technology, retail, and customer engagement

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work 6 days/week, 7.5 hours/day (rotational shifts)

Energetic, adaptable, and eager to grow into a leadership role

Flexibility to relocate throughout Malaysia over the course of your career

Flexibility to work schedule based on shift duty, that may include weekends and public holidays

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus
