Primary Requirement

Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English/Bahasa Malaysia.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Candidates must possess at least Degree
Having knowledge about cosmetics, skincare, hair care and perfumes.
Familiar with C-Beauty brands and products.
Having related background such as promoter, retail assistant, sales representative, inventory or logistics.
Responsible and work well in team.
Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure all operational matters to be carried out smoothly with assigned stores;
Perform regular visits to stores assigned; communicate with staff to identify and resolve any urgent issues;
Involve in store management and execution, visual merchandising and development of the brand;
Work closely with related department in operational matters;
Plan, carry out and ensure the smooth implementation of the store’s visual merchandise related matters, in order to create and maintain a compelling presentation of merchandise that will engage customers and stimulate sales;
Execute visual presentation changes; re-arrangement/re-position of visual merchandising point, merchandise, shelves and fixtures according to display guideline and SOP;
Lead and monitor store's manpower planning, manage performance and development of staff;
Monitor sales performance, perform market research and propose effective plans to improve sales;
Ensure a high standard of customer service being delivered including after sales service, such as feedback/ exchange/ damage;
Close monitoring on outlet’s inventory and stock take arrangement including daily stock movement, ensure efficiency and accuracy;
Formulate standard operating procedures related to operations and merchandise;
Generate and compile relevant management reports to be able to analyze according to the brand’s needs;
Support and enforce in achieving brand’s goal and objective;
To carry out any ad hoc tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
