Retail Region Outlet Manager

Job Descriptions
Outlet Operations Management
· Oversee daily outlet operations, service standards, and operational efficiency.
· Ensure compliance with SOPs, merchandising, and brand standards.
· Conduct outlet audits and site visits to identify and resolve operational gaps.
· Manage opening/closing, cash handling, and loss prevention controls.

Sales & Business Performance
· Drive regional sales targets and P&L performance across all outlets.
· Analyze sales, footfall, and conversion to improve outlet performance.
· Execute promotions, product launches, and seasonal sales initiatives.
· Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support pricing and merchandising decisions.

People Management
· Lead and develop outlet supervisors, promoter leaders, and frontline staff.
· Manage manpower planning, rostering, and recruitment needs.
· Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
· Drive a strong sales culture, staff engagement, and retention.

Inventory & Supply Chain
· Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with warehouse/logistics teams.
· Conduct stock-takes, minimize shrinkage, and maintain inventory accuracy.
· Coordinate new product allocation and demo unit setup across outlets.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management
· Liaise with mall/landlord management on leases, renovations, and space matters.
· Coordinate with brands/suppliers on promotions, training, and merchandising.
· Report regional performance, issues, and opportunities to management.

Oversee 5 myFirst Brand Store outlets across Central and Southern regions, including Sunway Pyramid, IOI City Mall, IOI Damansara, AEON Tebrau City, and AEON Bukit Indah.

Job Requirements
*Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
*4–6 years of retail management experience, including 2 years managing multiple outlets.
*Electronics, gadgets, telco, or consumer retail experience preferred.
*Proven track record in sales targets and outlet P&L management.
*Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
*Good analytical skills with Excel and retail reporting systems.
*Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
*Own transport and valid driving license required.
*Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
