Retail Sales Assistant (myFirst Store – Johor Bahru)

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Retail Sales Assistant to join our myFirst store team in Johor Bahru. If you enjoy interacting with customers and have a passion for retail and kids’ tech products, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations
Demonstrate and explain product features clearly
Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
Support daily store operations and sales activities
Achieve individual and team sales targets

Working Hours:
Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
Shift 2: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Requirements:
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Passion for retail and customer service
Able to work on weekends and public holidays
Prior retail experience is an advantage (but not required)
