Retail Sales Executive

Requirements
-Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification.
-Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
-Exhibit strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
-Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge of electronic components and devices to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
-Implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue generation.
-Utilize cross-selling techniques to promote related products and increase sales value.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
-Exhibit problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
-Demonstrate an understanding of renewable energy concepts and products (added based on skills provided).

Responsibilities
-Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the selection of electrical products.
-Actively engage with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable electronic components and devices, leveraging product knowledge and sales strategies.
-Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively utilizing cross-selling techniques and building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
-Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's product line, including features, benefits, and technical specifications, to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
-Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive brand image.
-Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product releases to identify sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
-Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the retail store by ensuring products are displayed attractively and the store is clean and organized.
