Retail Sales Manager

Requirements

The applicant must be a Malaysian citizen only.
Proficiency in Mandarin language is required.
This position based in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
Willing to work outstation.
Degree in Digital Marketing. business studies and those with experience in related field.
3-5 years experience in Retail Sales
Product Knowledge-To confidently explain the features and benefits of bedding products.
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Strong leadership and team management skills
High integrity, Trustworthy, Honesty and Hardworking
Proactive, independent, and outgoing.
Required Language: Mandarin/Cantonese , English & Bahasa, fluent in spoken and written.
Must be computer literate and efficient in Microsoft Office, spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), and PowerPoint presentations.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate information.
Detail-oriented with strong reconciliation skills.
Responsibilities

1. To strategize and to expand the B2C business via setting own Dunlopillo Suites.

2. Develop and implement effective retail sales strategies to meet and exceed sales

targets.

3. Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for

growth.

4. Drive in-store promotions and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing

team.

5. To manage the daily sales operation and sales target of the sales promoters

6. Oversee daily retail operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.

7. Provide coaching and development opportunities to build a high-performing retail team.

8. Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service across all stores.

9. Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.

10. Provide coaching and development opportunities to build a high-performing retail team.

11. Work closely with marketing team, to execute effective social media advertising and

blasting.
