Retail Sales

Scubaholics Anonymous is looking for an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Retail Sales Associate to join our team in SS2, Petaling Jaya. We are a specialized retail provider of diving equipment and underwater imaging gear. In this role, you will be responsible for driving in-store sales and managing our online store operations to support our digital growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide welcoming, expert assistance to customers visiting our retail store.
• Drive sales by promoting scuba diving equipment, gear packages, and accessories.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the retail floor is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Handle cash registers, inventory checks, and daily store transactions accurately.
• Assist with incoming stock updates, pricing tags, and product displays.
• Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store offerings professionally.
• Process online orders, coordinate shipping/fulfillment, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Respond to online customer inquiries, chat messages, and social media sales leads promptly and professionally.

Requirements:
• Passion for scuba diving, water sports, or outdoor retail is a strong advantage.
• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or the diving/sports industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, honest, and a good team player.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Female candidates are preferred to balance team demographics.
