Retail Service Crew

Requirements
-Able to speak basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Basic numerical and administrative skills.
-Detail-oriented, accurate, and responsible with cash handling.
-Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Responsibilities
Cashiering & Payment Handling
-Operate POS system accurately and efficiently.
-Process cash, card, e-wallet, and other payment methods.
-Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds per company policy.
-Balance cash register and prepare daily sales reports.

Administrative & Operation Support
-Maintain sales transaction and inventory records.
-Assist with filing, data entry, and daily documentation.
-Assist in receiving, stocking, and arranging products on shelves.
-Ensure proper storage and rotation of perishable goods (FIFO system)
-Support stock-taking, inventory checks, and replenishment.
-Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the outlet

Customer Service & Sales
-Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
-Handle customer feedback/complaints politely and escalate when necessary
