Retail Store Supervisor 零售店主管

Job Responsibilities:

Supervising all the retail sales associate attendance, work performance, daily store sales.

Ensuring the store all in order and look goods at any time.

Co-ordinate with all the HQ department reports and documents to meet the deadlines.

Able to handle the employee staff issue such as attendance and work performance and etc.

Promoting on sales promotion, competitors’ activities and sales performance.

To ensure sales objectives are achieved.

Other duties assign by superior from time to time.

Able to handle store daily operations.



Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a certificate / SPM or related field.

Must experience minimum three years’ experience in related field.

Fluency in Mandarin, Malay and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Experienced in Fashion and accessories industry is added advantage.

Able to work shift and under pressure.
