-Lead by example on the sales floor

-Support team performance, training, and development

-Assist in managing store operations and customer service

-Step in as manager-on-duty when required

You Bring

-2–4 years of retail or supervisory experience

-Strong communication and problem-solving skills

-Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English

-Passion for customer service and the Timberland lifestyle
