Position: RTR Specialist
Location: Petaling Jaya
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Contract: 6 months, renewable based on performance
Experience: 3–5 years
Salary: Up to RM6,500
Mandarin Allowance: RM600
Performance Bonus: 5% of Base Salary
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
• Manage statutory financial reporting and local GAAP compliance for APAC entities.
• Handle statutory adjustments, GAAP-to-statutory reconciliations, audits, and tax compliance.
• Ensure General Ledger (GL) integrity and support month-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Controllership, and external auditors.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and operational efficiency.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to cross-functional team members.

Requirements
• Fluent Mandarin — speaking, reading, and writing — is mandatory.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant RTR (Record-to-Report) experience.
• Strong experience in:
○ General Ledger (GL)
○ Statutory Reporting
○ Audit
○ Tax Compliance
• Experience working in a multinational company or shared services environment.
• Proficiency in SAP and Advanced Excel.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ideal Candidate
This role is ideal for an experienced RTR/Accounting professional who has hands-on exposure to statutory reporting, audit, tax, and GL activities, particularly within a multinational or shared services environment.
