Huraian Kerja / Deskripsi Jawatan

Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and documentation.
2. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions
3. Prepare reports related to sales progress and performance tracking
4. Ensure proper filing of contracts, agreements, and supporting documents
5. Update CRM / internal system data regularly
6. Liaise between sales team, operations team, follow up on outstanding matters
7. Track sales pipeline status and update progress reports
8. Preparing weekly / monthly sales activity summaries
9. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documents.
10. Any others ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
