Sales Admin Executive

Company: IVX Sdn. Bhd.
Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process sales quotations, sales orders, delivery orders and invoices.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers and the sales team on order processing and delivery arrangements.
- Monitor order status, stock availability and delivery schedules.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company's products and services, generate sales leads and arrange appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, sales leads, outstanding orders and payments.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases and documentation.
- Provide daily administrative and sales support to the team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Confident in making calls and communicating with potential customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
- Experience with AutoCount is an added advantage.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive and willing to learn.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
