SALES ADVISOR / SALES TRAINEE

Suria Jerai Electrical Sdn Bhd is seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Advisors or Sales Trainees. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their electrical and household appliance needs in our Penang outlets.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them select the right products to meet their needs

Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our products to customers

Handling sales transactions and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience

Maintaining a clean and organised sales floor, ensuring product displays are well-stocked and presentable

Collaborating with the team to achieve personal sales targets and provide excellent customer service

Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills
