Job Responsibilities

* Provide friendly and professional customer service to walk-in and online customers
* Assist clients in selecting suitable gowns based on their body type, event, and preferences
* Conduct gown fitting sessions and give styling advice
* Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms
* Manage booking schedules, fitting appointments, and follow-ups
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom and gowns
* Assist in stock checking and gown management
* Support social media content (e.g. simple photo/video during fittings if needed)

Requirements

* Positive attitude, friendly, and customer-oriented
* Good communication skills (English / Mandarin / Malay is a plus)
* Presentable and interested in fashion/styling
* Responsible and able to work independently
* Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
* Experience in retail/fashion is a bonus (training provided)
