Sales & Application Engineer (Valve & Instrumentation)

What Will You Be Doing?

Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in your designated region

Travelling to visit potential clients;

Establishing new, and maintaining existing, long term relationships with customers;

Managing and interpreting customer requirements,

Calculating client quotations;

Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions;

Administering clients’ accounts;

Analysing costs and sales;

Recording and maintaining client contact data;

Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conference and other marketing events;

Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs;

Providing pre-sales technical assistance;

Providing training and producing support material for other members of sales team



Do You Have What We Are Looking For?

Possess a Degree in Electronic & Electrical/ Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.

Knowledgeable on Process/Analytical Instrumentation, Valve, Analyzer

Have 2-3 years of sales experience in Valve/Instruments/Automation

Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (advantageous)

Possess good business communication skills, technical knowledge, business presentation and public speaking.

Willing to travel, able to work under pressure.
