Sales Assistant

Requirements
• Age: 18 – 35 years old (chinese females only)
• Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality
• Comfortable in front of camera for basic content creation
• Basic social media communication skills
• Retail or sales experience is an advantage (trainingprovided) Salary & Benefits

岗位职责
• Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers by understanding their needs and
recommending suitable plus-size lingerie
• Assist customers with product selection, fitting guidance, and styling advice
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via social media platforms (e.g. WhatsApp, Instagram,
Xiaohongshu)
• Promote products and drive sales to achieve individual and store targets
• Create engaging short-form video content (e.g. Xiaohongshu / TikTok style) to promote products and brand awareness
• Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and visual merchandising standards
• Handle stock replenishment, tagging, and basic inventory tasks
• Build good customer relationships and encourage repeat business
