Huraian Kerja / Deskripsi Jawatan

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support the daily operations of a trading company. The role will mainly involve customer order follow-up, payment follow-up, documentation, and general administrative support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and shipment arrangements to ensure smooth order processing.
Follow up on customer payment status, maintain accounts receivable records, and assist with payment collection.
Prepare and process import/export related documents, quotations, contracts, invoices, and other documentation.
Assist with daily administrative duties, including filing, document organization, and data updates.
Assist the superior with departmental matters and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Ensure all documents and records are accurate, complete, properly maintained, and filed.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

LOCATION
Kuala Lumpur / Johor Bahru

COMPENSATION
RM2,800 – RM3,500 per month

PROBATION PERIOD
3 months
