Sales Assistant / Retail Mall Promoter (With Commision)

What You’ll Do
Deliver excellent and friendly customer service, handling enquiries and after-sales support with professionalism

Recommend products confidently and showcase their value to customers

Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business

Support daily store operations (merchandising, price tagging, promotions)

Assist in stock handling, replenishment, and organization

What We’re Looking For
Minimum SPM or equivalent

1–2 years of working experience (retail experience is an advantage)

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset

Positive attitude, responsible, and eager to learn

Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
