SALES ASSISTANT/COORDINATOR

Job description
1. On a daily basis, communicate with the demands of the US sales office or direct customers, receive orders and convert them to the factory

2. Follow up on matters related to order shipment.

3. Coordinate the requirements transmitted from all departments of the factory and connect with the frontline, and follow up until the closure

4.Follow up on customer payments

5.Handle the reception work for clients' visits, Tours, reviews, etc

6.Must have knowledage and experience for INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS (like ASEAN, Americas etc).



Job Requirement
Key Qualifications & Skills:Education: SPM / STPM / Diploma (Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related technical field). Certificate in Industrial Electronics / Electrical Technology (e.g., SKM Level 3–4) acceptable. Degree holders are welcome to apply.

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on technical experience; prior exposure to battery systems (lead-acid or lithium) is an added advantage.

Technical Skills:Those with a background in international trade or the battery industry will be given priority,and Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / Powerpoint). Basic knowledge of electrical systems, battery testing equipment,

Problem-Solving: Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with a practical, hands-on approach.

Communication: Fluent in Chinese (mandarin), Bahasa Malaysia and English (verbal and written)due to mostly suppliers from China.

Travel: Willing and able to travel within Malaysia on short notice (possess valid driving license preferred).

Work Style: Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and comfortable working under pressure.

Team fit: Customer-focused, reliable, and a good team player.
