SALES ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities:

Lead follow-up, customer presentations, and achieving sales targets

Booking submission, purchaser verification, system entry (MHub/IFCA), and e-SPA coordination via HIMS

Liaise with purchasers, bankers, and solicitors to ensure smooth transaction and loan process

Manage purchaser files, SPA signing, and payment follow-ups

Requirements:

Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales (property sales preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability

Able to work weekends and public holidays (based on sales operations)
