Sales Coordinator (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements
-Good Interpersonal Skills - Able to Work well in a team & with clients
-SPM & Above.
-Multi Language require.
-Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
-Sales Experience Preferred.
-Good attitude & attendance, responsibilities.
-Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
-Alternate Saturday.
-Computer Literate.
-Skills Required: Order Processing, Communication Skills, Problem Solving, Teamwork and Documentation.

Responsibilities
-Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries.
-To monitor the Sales Support activities and ensure smooth process.
-To review on the daily customer order against the output planning and inventory level on customer order fulfilment.
-Proceed customer enquiry with Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery & Invoice billing.
-Liaise with warehouse department to ensure that all goods are delivered on time.
-Collaboration between sales representatives and other internal departments.
-Any other job function that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
