Responsibilities

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, products, and services
Stay updated with the latest developments in the industry
Identify and analyze customer needs and requirements
Establish short-term and long-term sales goals and strategies
Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to clients
Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
Manage customer complaints, inquiries, and feedback effectively
Prepare sales reports and analyze performance data for continuous improvement
