SALES EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Proactively hunt for new leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
-Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across various sectors.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential leads.
-Present and promote our solutions, including communication systems, body-worn cameras, CCTV, and security technology.
-Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and provide technical insights to customers.
-Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
-Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals independently.
-Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
-Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field. Candidates with STPM/SPM + strong sales experience are encouraged to apply.
-At least 3-5 years of working experience & proven experience in sales; additional training or certifications in security systems, ICT, or communication technology will be an advantage.
-Possesses a smart, independent, and self-driven sales hunter mindset, with strong proactiveness, persistence, and an unyielding hunger to close deals.
-Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
-Good attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new technologies.
-Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
-Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently.
-Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
