Sales Executive

Job Scope



1. Responsible to meet customer requirement through service delivers, establish a relationship with customers and identify potential business opportunities.

2. Maintaining and developing relationship with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails especially dealing with IKA & LKA customers.

3. Understanding the market competitor’s activities and industry trend to develop and implement a high growth strategy.

4. Accountable on the new product listing in assign key customers.

5. Maintain regular updates on sales activities including customers and representative channels to optimize long-term business opportunities with maximum possible profitability.

6. To monitor and feedback competitor activities that will impact sales and market share.

7. Prepare and report on goals, sales, and prospects.

8. Accountable to lead, manage and guide the sales merchandiser and including the trade and report audit to ensure all the submission not fake report.

9. Ensure the Sales Merchandiser updates their daily report and phone in time as per company SOP.

10. Accountable on the monthly payment collection.

11. Accountable for the monthly promotion planning and submitted the Promotion Proposal Form in 60 days in advance to get approval from the Sales & Marketing Manager.

12. Must be proactive & aggressive



Responsibilities: -



1. Open new potentials account.

2. Achieve sales.

3. New Product listing.

4. Promotion & spending planning for LKA customer.

5. Solve dispute.

6. Payment collection.

7. Minimize goods return.

8. Provide guidance & coaching to Merchandiser.

9. Monitoring all the merchandiser daily routine works (chop sign daily report, photo, promotion setup, FIFO & etc.)

10. Weekly sales report submission on every Monday.

11. Monthly work plan submission on every 25th of the month
