SALES EXECUTIVE – AGRICULTURAL TOOLS

Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell agricultural tools, including sickles and related products.
- Find new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Visit farmers, plantations, distributors, and customers when required.
- Develop new sales opportunities and distribution channels.
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and close sales.
- Conduct basic market research and monitor competitors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in agriculture, palm oil, plantation, or related industries.
- No formal education requirement – we value experience, performance, and results.
- Able to communicate in Malay and English.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and result-oriented.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel, especially to rural and plantation areas.
