SALES EXECUTIVE (AI-ASSISTED SALES)

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Handling
-Manage inbound leads via WhatsApp, Facebook, and website
-Qualify customer requirements (trip details, passengers, luggage, etc.)
-Recommend suitable services and convert leads into confirmed bookings
-Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion
-Secure bookings through deposit confirmation

AI & Sales Automation
-Set up and manage AI-assisted response systems (e.g., Reply.la / WhatsApp automation)
-Train and optimize AI responses to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
-Continuously improve response flows to enhance customer experience and conversion

Sales System Development
-Develop and refine sales scripts, follow-up strategies, and closing techniques
-Identify gaps in the sales funnel and propose improvements
-Contribute to building a structured and scalable sales system

CRM & Lead Management
-Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM, Google Sheets)
-Track sales performance from lead to conversion
-Manage customer database and support reactivation campaigns

Collaboration
-Work closely with the marketing team on lead generation
-Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth booking and scheduling

Requirements
-Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
-At least 2 years of experience in sales
-Experience handling customer inquiries and closing sales
-Strong communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English
-Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and AI-based platforms

-Experience with WhatsApp sales or chat-based selling
-Familiarity with tools such as Reply.la, Wasapbot, Zoho CRM, or similar
-Experience in travel, transport, or service-based industry
