Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive in the developer sector, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s property projects. You will work closely with potential buyers, providing them with detailed information about properties and guiding the through the purchasing process. Your goal is to achieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Marketing
- Promote and sell property projects to potential buyers through various channels, including direct sales, events, online marketing, and collaboration with real estate agents.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and sales negotiations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Address clients’ inquiries, provide detailed property information, and offer professional advice to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sales concerns.

3. Sales Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and manage sales contracts, agreements, and related documentation. Resolve client concern and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
- Provide regular sales performance reports to the Sales Manager.

4. Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to develop effective sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry developments and new property launches.

5. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
