Sales Executive - Baling

Requirements
-Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certificate as a minimum educational qualification.
-Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates seeking their first professional experience in sales.
-Demonstrate strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective interaction with a diverse clientele.
-Exhibit a foundational understanding of sales principles and a willingness to learn and apply sales strategies.
-Display a proactive attitude towards building and maintaining client relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
-Eagerness to develop skills in Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Negotiation, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy.
-Willingness to be based in Baling and conduct sales activities within the designated region.

Responsibilities
-Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Baling region, focusing on businesses that can benefit from AI-driven digital marketing solutions.
-Conduct market research to understand local business needs and tailor sales strategies to effectively address those needs with Shark Marketing's services.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and providing exceptional customer service.
-Manage and update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
-Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of Shark Marketing's solutions.
-Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
-Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and achievement of client goals.
