Sales Executive - Damansara Perdana

Job Responsibilities:
-Responsible for sales management and prospecting for clients to drive business growth and revenue (B2B & B2C).
-Identify and pursue potential customers and/or dealers through various sales channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
-Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers and/or dealers to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
-Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all product and service offerings of the Company, leveraging product information to upsell and cross-sell as needed.
-Attending enquiries from online and offline channels, convert leads into sales by resolving customers' concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process.
-Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to secure deals while maintaining profitability for the company.
-Provide ongoing support to existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
-Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
-Set and track sales goals, and implement strategies for driving growth.
-Work closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts, leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities.
-Perform any other duties/assignments as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:
-A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-A minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in sales, preferably in sound systems, audio-visual, home entertainment, or a related industry.
-Strong sales skills with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
-Proactive, open-minded, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
-Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
-Team-oriented, with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
-Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to meet team needs.
-Proficient in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
-Well-groomed with a pleasant personality and positive attitude.
-Must possess own transportation and willingness to travel as required.
