Sales Executive (Digital Solutions for Contractors)

Key Responsibilities
-Convert warm leads from MDK’s existing pool of contractors into paying subscribers.
-Present the benefits of MDK’s digital ecosystem, including:
-Contractor AI Website – build credibility and visibility online.
-AI SmartMatch – match with the right projects and partners instantly.
-Accounting & e-Invoice – simplify compliance and financial management.
-AI-powered Contractor Directory – increase exposure and connect with opportunities.
-Conduct product demos and explain subscription plans to contractors.
-Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strong relationship-building.
-Collect contractor feedback to continuously improve the MDK platform.

Requirements
-Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in digital solutions, SaaS, or construction-related industries.
-Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to close deals.
-Ability to build trust and maintain long-term contractor relationships.
-Basic knowledge of the construction industry or digital platforms is an added advantage.
