Sales Executive (Encore Melaka)

Key Responsibilities

· Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within target market segments

· Drive sales performance and achieve KPIs for both Encore Melaka and The Pines Melaka

· Maintain accurate sales records, databases, and prepare timely sales reports

· Support sales campaigns, promotions, and assist in the development of new sales programs

· Build and maintain positive relationships with corporate clients, partners, and industry stakeholders



Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field

· At least 1 year of experience in sales, travel, tourism, or hospitality industry

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

· Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

· Bilingual proficiency (English and Mandarin/ Malay) preferred to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

· Candidate with Hotel, Travel Agent or Event Companies experience will be preferable
