Sales Executive / Engineer

Job Description
-​Identify leads, conduct customer visits, and close sales contracts.
-Proactive hunting for new projects via (Developers/Contractors) and promoting our Brand / Product.
-Performing site measurements and assessments for quotation.
-Preparing tender / technical proposals and costings.
-Maintaining relationships with Developers / Consultants / Architects / Main Contractors.
-Ability to promote the products and conduct regular presentation.

Requirements
-Diploma or Degree.
-Fresh Graduate is welcomed. Experience in Sales & Marketing is a plus.
-A good Team Player, and training is provided.
-Proficient in MS Office application and presentation purposes.
-Good command of English and BM (both written and spoken). Proficiency in communicate in Chinese is an added advantage
-Positions required in Petaling Jaya / Penang / Kota Kinabalu / Johor Bahru.
-Must have own transport.
-Sales & problem-solving skills.
