What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive Sales: Promote and sell our products to retail outlets, supermarkets, pharmacies, and convenience stores to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Relationship Builder: Maintain strong bonds with existing clients while hunting for new business opportunities.
- Market Watcher: Conduct regular market visits to monitor shelf visibility, product availability, competitor activities, and gather customer feedback.
- Merchandising: Ensure eye-catching product displays and promotional setups at retail outlets.
- Coordination Pro: Work closely with distributors and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability.
- Reporting: Prepare insightful sales, customer visit, and market intelligence reports.
- Event Champion: Participate in exciting promotional campaigns, product launches, baby fairs, and trade events.
- Servicing: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.

- 推动销售： 向零售店、超市、药房及便利店推广并销售公司产品，达成每月及年度业绩目标。
- 客情维护： 与现有客户建立并保持良好的合作关系，同时积极开发新商机。
- 市场洞察： 定期巡视市场，监督产品上架率、价格、竞品动态及收集客户反馈。
- 商品陈列： 确保零售店内的商品陈列整齐显眼，并做好促销展示。
- 发货协调： 与分销商及内部部门紧密合作，确保产品准时送达且库存充足。
- 文书与报告： 撰写销售报告、客户拜访记录及市场情报更新。
- 活动大使： 参与各大促销活动、产品发布会、婴儿展 (Baby Fairs) 及展会。
- 客户服务： 专业且迅速地处理客户的查询与投诉。
