Your Mission:

Welcome and deliver a warm, personalized, and exceptional customer experience

Provide professional luxury product and investment advice

Convert warm leads from social media & online channels into sales

Proactively engage with clients to understand their need

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and team target

Maintain the highest standard of boutique presentation and customer hospitality.

Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients through personalized clienteling, cultivating loyalty and long-term connections. Leverage cross-selling strategies to deepen client engagement and drive repeat purchases.

Uphold LBITE’s standards of compliance by adhering to internal procedures and guidelines, ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates proficient in to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Experience in Retail / Sales (Luxury experience is a strong advantage but not a must)

Confident communicator with strong closing skills

Professional and customer-first mindset

Able to work weekends & public holidays (retail hours)

Reliable

A genuine passion for helping others and solving problems
