Sales Executive / Manager (ERP)

Job Summary

The Sales Executive / Manager (ERP) will lead new business development and drive sales growth across the company’s suite of ERP solutions and professional services. The role involves managing multiple ERP product lines, identifying new market opportunities, driving sales across local and international market, building strategic partnerships, and delivering business results aligned with the company’s overall growth objectives.



Key Responsibilities

Actively develop new business ideas, identify new sales opportunities, generate leads, and follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.

Engage with potential clients at industry events and conferences to explore new business prospects.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and positioning ERP solutions that deliver measurable value.

Collaborating with stakeholders at client organization to identify opportunities and deliver sales results.

Handling customer inquiries promptly and comprehensively.

Work closely with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to design tailored ERP proposals, demonstrations, and commercial offers.

Lead proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, and procurement processes to secure new business contracts.



Requirements

Possess a Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

Possess strong negotiation, problem-solving, customer service and sales skills.

Passionate about sales and possess the ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.

Proven sales track record in achieving or exceeding targets.

Experience managing multi-country sales cycles and partner ecosystems.

Strong understanding of ERP systems and business process automation.

Preferred to have 3+ years of sales experience in software sales and experienced in multi-tiered reporting, but not essential.

Willingness to travel locally and regionally as the business expands.
