SALES EXECUTIVE (MANDARIN SPEAKER) - Kota Kemuning

Job Responsibilities:
-Achieve monthly sales targets and grow existing customer accounts.
-Handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with customers.
-Promote and market company shipping services according to superior’s direction
-Identify new business opportunities and retain existing/lost clients.
-Support freight rate negotiations and secure competitive contractual terms.
-Work closely with Customer Service & Operations teams to ensure optimal loading and smooth operations.
-Prepare sales reports and monitor outstanding customer payments.
-Handle additional tasks as required by the superior.

Job Requirements:
-Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or any related field.
-Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia & English; Mandarin proficiency is required.
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
-Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
