Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker) - Penang

Requirements
-We're hiring fresh graduates / experienced to join our indoor sales team!
-Minimum education: Diploma and above
-Can speak Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
-Good communication and presentation skills
-Willing to learn, present products, and close sales
-Can work in a team and talk to people at all levels
-6 working days per week
-Able to work on Public Holidays / Peak Seasons

Responsibilities
-Persuade clients that our products or services meet their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery
-Plan and execute marketing and sales strategies to meet company goals
-Research and analyze market trends and customer needs
-Achieve monthly sales targets and help grow our client base
-Maintain good relationships with existing clients and partners
-Identify and qualify new leads, and manage existing accounts
-Present and demonstrate products clearly to potential clients, explaining features and benefits
-Study market trends to discover new customers, segments, and opportunities in the brick and construction industry
-Ensure clear and effective communication within the sales team, with customers, and with other departments
