Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
-Promote and sell the company’s property projects to potential buyers.
-Generate and manage own leads through various channels (walk-ins, referrals, digital leads, and events).
-Conduct property presentations, site tours, and sales appointments.
-Follow up closely with prospects to ensure timely conversion into sales.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
-Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
-Provide feedback and market insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
-Plan and execute sales strategies to meet company sales targets.
-Track and analyze sales performance, providing key metrics and reports to the management.
-Ensure smooth execution of sales administration processes, including documentation and compliance with regulations.
-Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements:
-Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply — training will be provided.
-Strong interest in property sales and real estate industry.
-Aggressive and result-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently to close sales.
-Possess own transport and willing to travel as required.
